Minutes after being dispatched on the first alarm commercial structure fire in Etna, PA, Aspinwall’s Rescue was requested to respond to a overturned motor vehicle accident with two occupants confirmed entrapped in Fox Chapel Borough. A crew of three qualified Aspinwall firefighters responded with Rescue 102 to assist Fox Chapel VFD with this emergency.
102 crews helped to stabilize the Jeep Wrangler and then assisted 157 Rescue with the safe removal of the two victims for evaluation and treatment by FoxWall EMS.
102 Rescue was released shortly after the extrication was complete and their crew responded to join the crew of Engine 102 and provide additional man-power at the large structure fire in Etna, PA.
